since starting this blog i have been taking my health a lot more seriously, even though i haven’t managed to quit smoking i have cut down considerably. iv been true to my word to my mates and have been making tuesday night Muay-Thai training, and have been stretching every day, along with a routine of sit ups, crunches, press-ups and burpees.
I can already see and feel the difference, well the difference i feel physically is a notable lack of energy and mild discomfort when attempting even the most menial task. my muscles are shot and it feels great, i know if i keep this up there will be a marked improvement in my stamina and strength, the only thing for consideration at the moment is not overdoing it and getting injured.
Time off at such an early stage would be a problem.
