Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn’t here, ask on our Discord or get in touch.

Yes. Every session we run is completely free and always has been. We've trained this way since 2005, so there's no membership fee, no hidden costs and nothing to sign up to.

No. Just turn up a few minutes before the start and say hello. If it's your first time, it helps to join our Discord and let us know you're coming, but it's not required.

Our main sessions run at Endcliffe Parkour Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, with social training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6pm. On Saturdays we meet at 1:30pm at the Northumberland Road Courtyard (S10 2TT).

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a pair of trainers with decent grip. You don't need any special equipment. That's rather the point of parkour.
