As I sit here, in Dinnington Interchange, waiting for, not a late bus, but the next bus, as the last one didn’t arrive. I can’t help but think, as I stare out at the rain, “people need to man the fuck up”. Already on person isn’t coming out because the “ground will be wet”. Unacceptable.

Training in wet weather is a perfect excuse to ready your body to harsher conditions.

So you’re worried about getting a cold? Boo fucking hoo, get out, get training, if you get a cold, deal with it, it’s not the end of the world, people get colds all the time!

You’re worried about the ground being slippy? Well you’re always going to worry about it then, cause if you never train for it, you’ll never condition yourself to it.
